These terms apply when you use mosaic.pet to create and buy a personalized digital pet photo mosaic.

• MOSAIC PRO is operated personally by Cristian Alexandru, an individual, who handles customer requests and the management of customer data.

2. The product

Mosaic Pet creates a personalized digital mosaic from photos you upload. You can create a preview and regenerate it once before buying. After payment we produce a high-resolution digital file for you to download. No physical product is shipped.

3. Price and payment

The price is $29.99 USD, charged once. There is no subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe. Discount codes, when offered, are applied at checkout.

4. Delivery

After payment the final mosaic is generated and made available for download from your account for 30 days. We also email you a download link. Please save your file.

5. Your right of withdrawal

Your rights to withdraw from the purchase and the way they apply to digital content are explained in our Refund & Digital Content Policy.

6. Your photos

You confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload. You keep ownership of your photos and of the finished mosaic for personal use. You allow us to process the photos only to create your mosaic. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal content or content that infringes other people's rights. We may refuse or stop processing such content.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care to deliver your mosaic as described. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for problems caused by the photos you provide (for example low resolution), or for printing done by third parties. Except where the law does not allow it, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights, including your rights for faulty digital content.

9. Complaints and disputes

Contact us first at support@mosaic.pet. Romanian consumers may also contact ANPC (anpc.ro). EU consumers can use the EU online dispute resolution information available from the European Commission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without removing the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
