What you buy

A personalized digital mosaic made from your own photos, for $29.99 USD as a one-time payment. You can see a preview and regenerate it once before paying, so you know what you're getting.

Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once delivery has started, but only if:

• you gave your express consent for delivery to start before the 14 days end, and
• you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery starts.

We ask for both, using two separate unticked boxes, before you pay. We record your answers with your order. If you don't give them, you can't start the immediate delivery, and your right of withdrawal is not affected.

Faulty or missing files

If your mosaic can't be downloaded, is damaged, or doesn't match what was described, you have legal rights to have it fixed or, if that isn't possible, to a price reduction or refund. These rights are not affected by the withdrawal rules above.

How to ask for help or a refund

Email support@mosaic.pet with the email you used to order. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
